Everything starts with a question.
Let’s ask questions most people don’t.
That idea became dinners, a podcast, notebooks, interviews, and thousands of conversations. It followed me through work, recovery, friendships, long walks, and the moments when a good answer was not what I needed. I've literally spent almost 20 years obsessed with asking better questions and trying to understand what it means to be curious.
Over time, I became convinced that the quality of a life is shaped, in part, by the quality of the questions we ask and our openness for the right questions.
ask is a place for those questions. Not answers to scroll past. Not hot takes. Not certainty. Questions worth carrying around.
A question can interrupt a story we have been telling ourselves for years. It can make a room more honest. It can move a conversation past the answer everyone already has. It can make room for a future we had not considered.
Not every question is equally useful. Some are clever and disappear. Some are familiar and still not understood. A few make us pause. A few travel with us. A few change what happens next.
Every week I share one question on my mind. I'm always collecting questions that make me think differently, if you want to join me then sign up below.
